Prior to your booking, we encourage you to make a time to tour our facilities and meet with our experienced team. Our caring and experienced midwives and staff will be happy to provide you with further information about our quality, private maternity services.
Bookings
Bookings are essential for both privately insured and public maternity patients. Please call 03 6432 6000. We welcome all/any questions you may have regarding our hospital and maternity service.
Bookings are generally made between weeks 12-34 of your pregnancy.
For privately insured patients, admission to North West Private maternity services can only be made through one of our accredited specialists.
For public maternity patients, admission packages are available at the North West Private Hospital and Antenatal clinics at both North West Regional Hospital and the Mersey Community Hospital.
Returning your admission forms
At your initial consultation with your obstetrician, you will receive a copy of our admission form. Please complete the form as follows:
- Page 1: for completion with your doctor
- Pages 3 and 10: completed as best you can
Admission paperwork should be returned at around week 20 of your pregnancy.
Once you have completed the admission form, please return it to us either by mail in the envelope provided or in person.
